Can't pick household member

Can someone please help, I can't choose a household member to register a deb to. Only one sim loads and it is an NPC. No other option is available. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? I just downloaded wicked Sims and The Prostitution Mod

You cannot register a debt between two Sims within the same household, it only works between different households.

The idea behind the system is: Sim in household A needs money (for buying stuff or idk what) and gets it from Sim in household B. In return, Sim from household A has to work as a prostitute until household B has all their money back - and until then household B also gets free services from the prostitute Sim.
