So this is the problem. The female NPC's of Skyrim have this weird stretch thing to their bodies look at the photos. Also when I press tab the breast size increases. The problem continues even with clothes on. What's the problem here ? Btw I use loot for load order

Open BodySlide, tick 'Build Morphs', build everything with your preset. Run FNIS.

Be sure that when you installed XPMSE that you did NOT select 'Fake Physics'. If you did, reinstall, don't select 'Fake Physics', then re-run FNIS.

Also, I don't see a female body replacer in your mod list, though I may have just missed it. Which, if any, female body replacer are you using?

I would also recommend either CBPC or HDT-SMP (or both) as physics mods.

Was the pic you showed during a sex scene? Specifically one involving penetrative sex?

If so, what is your male replacer/penis mod? And if SOS, which schlong addon was the male actor using?

Because, at second glance, it looks like the physics mod is trying to emulate belly bulge, but is doing a terrible job of it, indicating a conflict between the physics config of the female body and physics config of the male schlong.

Try this : reinstall XPMSE . You may have installed something that altered your skeleton (like feminine running animation) . After reinstalling XPMSE, launch FNIS and try again with a new game . Into  FNIS  you should have to read the skeleton structure

lso wil reinstalling xpmse affect my game ? should after what you recommend me run loot just to be sure ?

No it will not affect your game. Running LOOT never does any harm. You should also re-run FNIS. You don't need to start a new game.

As said by Grey Cloud, it is not necessary to make a new game: However you can always try and, if the problem is fixed, you should be able to resume from your last save without any problem
