Problem with transparent texture

As you can see from the screenshots, the skirt has a transparent texture (edited in material editor with alpha 0.9) and it shows the skin underneath, but what I was trying to do was showing the clothes behind.

As is the second screen if I tilt the view I can see what's under, but instead if I look trough the skirt I see only the skin.

I don't know why but the "leather strings" show trough the skirt :|

What I'm doing wrong?

Changing alpha is not proper way to make transparency

You need to set alphaproperty in nifskope and changer material files values

Example https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25471

Notaure if it fix your prpblem because I dont understand what is your problem

So the correct way to see clothes under other clothes is the set the alphaproprety by nifskope and not by material editor?
