Animations broken, Sexlab 8.0

Okay, so I installed sexlab 8.0 I believe correctly.  I can enter the ZBFtestzone np.  But when I try to use the hands tied to neck, crosspole,  and every other unique to 8.0 item it uses standard hands tied behind back animation rather than the 8.0 animation.  I'm not even sure where to start looking to fix something like that.

And a FNIS generator output would be interesting to see.

Also make sure you haven't installed multiple versions of ZAZ: like zaz 7 and zaz 8+ and alternative ZAZ packs by t.ara

Means a Load Order might give a clue too.
