Idea: play as a helpless female

In essence this will be an overhaul with regards to how the game is played. Instead of being an independent warrior, the female Dragonborn now has to rely on male mercenaries and (at best) act as a humble support character.

Summary:

The (female) player will be made very weak (something like only being able to do 10% of all kinds).
However, male mercenaries will get a tremendous boost (something like 200% or 300%).
Optional, female mercenaries can be weakened as well to do only 50% damage.

Basically, the Dragonborn will rely heavily on strong male warriors. Additional elements can be added to further emphasize her new role and her need for protection. Like adding ways she can help her male companion in his fights (which will be far more effective than trying to deal out some damage herself). An element could be added that forces the Dragonborn to once a while search for (other) men to help her out on her adventures. Meanwhile, during the brief time she has no male companion, she will be confronted with the fact that she no longer is able to crawl through any dungeon and that the roads have suddenly become a lot more hostile. Additional elements could be added that deals with the Dragonborn having to remain modest and humble enough to avoid repelling the men upon who she relies.

Spoiler

The weak Dragonborn (some options):
A reduction in physical (swords and arrows), magic and poison damage can be applied. Add a few weaknesses, and the environment might become a lot more hostile as well. Lowered carry weight with increased potion weight might tackle another workaround. And a curse that reduces health/magicka/stamina to just 30% or 25% after all bonuses are applied can also be very effective mean and might be almost enough on its own (just reduce arrow and sneaking dagger damage and you're done). Another benefit of the reduced magicka is that custom spells from other mods will be affected as well. Meanwhile, special 'support your man' spells can be introduced that are cheap to cast, providing a great incentive to be a female support character. Her sneak abilities however, should remain intact.

The strong male companion:
Is made essential, has increased damage output, cannot get frozen or stunned, has a bonus to both sneak and archery, and always level up with the player. As he will be the only one doing the real fighting, best he is strong enough to take out bosses. Or perhaps even better, is able to take out bosses when the Dragonborn supports him (could be spells, could be acts that involve boosting morale). Plenty of options to make them the true heroes of the game and your play-through.

Support Spells:
Plenty of alteration, illusion and restoration spells can be added that are focused on helping the Dragonborn's male protector. These spells can vary from protection spells like shields (alteration) and evasions (illusion). Or healing and restoration spells (restoration). Or spells that increases the damage output of the male warrior (destruction). Or provide the male protector with a (cheaper) familiar, which can be a wolf, tiger or a bear (conjuration). Ideally, these spells should be the most effective spells the Dragonborn has. Having strongly reduced magicka, while these spells are still affordable to cast, can be an effective way. A nice touch would be if all these spells starts with 'his', like: His Grace, His Strength, His Determination, His Willpower, His Bright, His Sharpness, His Boldness, His Friend... etc. The spells the Dragonborn can cast to support her male companion, should work automatically by nature. As in, no need for the Dragonborn to aim. Although perhaps some spells can be are only effective when the Dragonborn is close to her companion.

There are perhaps a few special spells required.
"Please help me" spell might be wise for areas where a companion cannot follow. Basically it would (temporarily) summon the male companion (or a spectral copy of him) near the Dragonborn.
"Hide behind your man" could be added as well, a cheap semi-invisibility spell that can only be cast when having a male companion.
"Become his muse" turns the Dragonborn into a spectral non-corporal entity that can casts spells to help her male companion, but cannot interact with the world, follows her male companion automatically (and is in a sense, safe).
"College of Winterhold" spells, just to enter or to finish the first lesson.

Cost of hire:
Of course the Dragonborn should pay Septims for hiring a mercenary upon who she depends, but one or two other elements can be added for a few reasons. First of all, the money system in Skyrim is a bit broken. Second, hiring a mercenary should take a bit more effort and focus than just paying money. After all, it is her only way to finish the game. Third, it is only appropriate if the Dragonborn is forced to once a while be actively looking for a male protector to help her, like a damsel in distress.

Cost of hire: Septims
Perhaps something like 100 Septims each day (you have to pay in advance) with something like +20 Septims for each level. This way the pay will feel more as an investment than it is right now. With the broken money system in Skyrim, the main goal of this adjustment is mainly to make hiring mercenaries not feel unrealistically cheap.

Of course some sort of prostitution system can be implemented (with each customer having a cool down of a week thus the Dragonborn needs to keep looking for new sources of money) to help the player being able to pay for mercenaries early in the game. Each customer could provide somewhere between 25% to 60% of the daily pay. But this is optional.

Cost of hire: Humility
A value that ranges from 1 to 100. At the beginning of the game, the Dragonborn will be completely humble (after being saved by a man). But over time, her humility will disappear. However, a mercenary will expect that the woman that hires him to do the tough stuff, will act humble and shows gratitude. So the Dragonborn actively needsdo tasks to keep her humility level high (enough). Over time however, a hired mercenary will expect a higher and higher humility level, up till the point that he will leave the service of the Dragonborn and she needs to find another man.

More detailed: Each mercenary have a humility threshold. If the Dragonborn has less humility than the threshold level, the mercenary leaves the service of the Dragonborn. Also, each day in service, the humility threshold of that mercenary is raised by 5 points. This means that eventually a mercenary will stay for about two weeks with the Dragonborn at most (which can be influenced a bit). When the mercenary is no longer in service of the Dragonborn, his threshold level will be lowered by 1 point each day. This will force the Dragonborn to search around for men to help her out and be more happy and grateful when she found one.

Possible Implementation: Once every two hours (twelve times a day), a roll of the dice will determine if the threshold will be raised. Under normal circumstances, the change is about 42%, thus adding on average 5 points to the threshold each day. But some factors might influence this factor (see the part about clothing).

Optional: once every two to four days a male mercenary can ask for 'additional gratitude' when in a safe space, after all, this is Loverslab. Comply and two points will be removed from the humility threshold, resist and two or three points will be added instead.

Optional: When a mercenary leaves the service of the Dragonborn on his own, his threshold will increase with an additional 25 points. This means it will take almost an additional month before the Dragonborn can hire him again. When a mercenary leaves the Dragonborn at the request of the Dragonborn (can only be done inside a village or city), his threshold will only be raised by 10 points. When the Dragonborn 'properly thanks' the mercenary for his services (can only be done in taverns), his threshold will actually be lowered by 5 points. Thus paying attention how you separate ways with your male protector will influence how long it takes before you can use his services again.

Humility and loosing/gaining it:
-3 when absorbing a dragon soul
-2: each day
-2 when clearing a dungeon
-2 when finishing a quest
+5: through prostitution (only in inns in the evening, and once a week per customer)
+4: through dancing naked in an inn in the evening (only once a week per tavern)
+4: through dancing naked in a court during the day(only once a week per court)
±?: for anything that comes to mind...

Humility and dressing to please:
Wearing armor or enchanted clothing is not really showing your humility, as if you will do any of the fighting. Thus these items will increase the raise in humility threshold with one or two points each day. Additionally, staying naked or only wearing certain types of clothing (from lingerie and/or bunny clothing mods) might lower the raise in the humility threshold with half or one point each day. In a sense, this will make it worthwhile for the Dragonborn to wear clothes that appeals to her male companion. Wearing jewelry will have no influence and the lowered raise in threshold can still be achieved. Devious devices however (the ones that cover up the body) will prevent the lowered raise in threshold bonus, although they do not count as armor.

Additional: Special sexy clothing. For instance a lingerie set that boosts the morale of the Dragonborn's male companion could be added, where each item (or each two items) increases the level of her male companion, while still counting as 'walking naked' with regards to humility threshold. Or perhaps one of the bunny or revealing latex clothing that does not count as 'walking naked', however still does not count as armor even though it offers some protection.

Cost of hire: Chance
Each male mercenary is for hire, but not all the time. As system could be implemented that each mercenary can only be hired three or four days a week. Like on Sundas and the three following days. Or Turdas and the two following days. This will make it a bit harder for the Dragonborn to find herself a male companion. And it hopefully makes the Dragonborn more appreciative towards her male protector and be a good incentive to be the best woman for her man that she can be.

Cost of hire: Good girl points (optional/idea):
Actions like hiring a male mercenary or trading with a male trader require 'good girl' points, and the Dragonborn can have at most 25 in total (could even have a limit of 10). Additional, trading with female traders can be made a lot less lucrative (with the emphasis on 'a lot'). So better make sure to have some 'good girl' points earned. The actions for being a good girl can overlap with raising humility, but the idea is that these are less 'loverlabs' type of actions.

Good girl points and loosing/gaining them:
-7: Hiring a mercenary
-1: Start trading with a male trader
+2: when dancing naked in an inn or court
+1: when finishing a quest for a man (though it lowers the humility)
+1: When serving three drinks in an inn in the evening (can only be done twice per inn per evening)
+½: When serving a guard some mead outside during the night (can only be done once per guard per night, and has a 50% chance on one good girl point)
+¼: When giving a compliment to a male citizen (can only be done once per citizen, per three days, and has a 25% chance on one good girl point)
±?: for anything that comes to mind..., could be even randomly

Legend of Kora (and other quests):
When the player starts, one or two letters could be stuck in her inventory. They basically inform the player that a bit of working in an in in the evening (either serving drinks or serving men) will help her to be a good humble girl and might earn her a coin or two as well. That letter might also refer to a female adventurer who lived not long ago. This will start the quest to find out more about this woman (could be named Kora or be given any other name).

There are journals of this female warrior, but step one would be finding out the name she used when writing them. Female inn keepers will point to priestesses, and female priestesses have the actual name and mention the existence of journals and give you the first one. Each journal will have some loverslab-style writings, but also provide an important clue as to how the adventurer was able to be so successful. When reading the journal, a new feature might be unlocked, but you'll have to read it to know what it is. It doesn't have to be cryptic, but just no holding hands.

Example: In the middle of the text (of the first journal) it could read: "... While exploring the wilds with my male protectors, I found it best to just stay naked. I have little use of armor anyway and men tend to think I am mocking them when I do, which is understandable. Meanwhile, being naked gives the men something nice to look at. I've noticed that showing off my body actually help with making them be more happy with me and stay with me longer. ..." After that, a small quest could appear that says "follow the advice in the journal" without giving any detail (not in the quest journal). And once the player has remained naked long enough while walking around with a male companion, this quest will be considered completed.

So these journals give advice about serving drinks to guards outside during the night, dancing in inns and courtyards, clues about special 'armor' and clothing, or how to properly part ways. As soon as the player will have read the journal, the option comes available. And once applied, the quest associated will be considered complete.

Why multiple systems?:
The complexity makes it hard to make a bug-free mods, which is hard. It also adds complexity during a play through, but that is actually the whole point. The idea of the game is that the Dragonborn is just a weak woman who depends on men to help her out. What better way to push that message, than by making sure that the Dragonborn has to do her best to be a good and humble girl.

Details and options:

I doubt that anybody will pick up this idea. Partly because all the details makes it a rather large mod, and also because Skyrim has been around for a while. Nevertheless, it is an idea I like to share and I am curious if others like the concept.

Sounds like a lot of work. Good luck finding someone. Who knows, maybe someone bored at home during quarantine will pick it up.

Until then, I suggest a combination of mods. Most of what you want has already been done in one form or another.

"Sexlab survival" will do to make your character weak and males stronger.

"Devious followers continued" will add the hiring and payment options you want for followers.

"Sexist guards" will add dialogue to keep your character humble.

There are many mods which add support spells, and all of the mods above are highly configurable to your tastes.

Well, my hopes aren't very high. It was a bit more about putting the idea out as something nice to think about.

I do like your suggestions,.. I will check those mods out (when I can as I can perfectly work from home).

Perhaps something small, like slightly more expensive mercenaries, and limited time that a mercenary stay with the Dragonborn, might be good enough combined with the mods you described... and perhaps a small tweak thus prostitution is almost inevitable to be able to afford them... than it could suddenly be something doable to build...
