solved Skyrim Crashes After Going Outside And Moving Around

Ive been dealing with problems with skyrim for about a month now and the game is super unstable and crashes if I go outside for more than a minute. I re downloaded the game 4 times and all the mods and I still cant figure out what the source of it is.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

It was floating health bars that caused the game to crash every time I went outside because I forgot to move the floating health bar files out of the original folder
