Vibe Posted February 11, 2013 Posted February 11, 2013 Yo, Been gone a good 4 months and have a whole new computer. And unfortunately my old computer was such a huge mess I didn't properly back anything up or take notes of source for a ton of my mods. I do desire to go back onto it and fish through hoping to salvage rare mods I was lucky enough to get my hands on. But I'm looking for help both in finding some old mods And wondering what people recommend for new mods. Such as I see TBBP has come out since I was last on. I'm assuming ApachiiSkyHair is still the top hair? Can't remember good face/skin/color/texture/mesh/skeleton mods unfortunately. -At the moment my biggest concern is finding the mod that allows the PC to have separate mods applied since I did so love being able to stand apart from the NPCs a little better with things like height and scaling by applying separate sliders to npcs and whatever class I may have been. Not even sure how I did it before I got the mod I had so many. What would people recommend CBBE, UNP, or ADEC? Anyone new? I am leaning at CBBE at the moment. Recommended lighting? Unofficial patches worth it? Anything neat people would recommend? I'd been looking at a lot of WIP slave mods when I had left, and a lot of... dirty... mods people were hoping to see make the jump from Oblivion to Skyrim like horse belly riding. I'm not really concerned with silly notions like 'lore friendly', though I look like new buildings that fit into the aesthetics. Hoping to find the bathhouse again and the HD texture pack for it, that I'm sure I can find on the nexus (I hope) I've love to go through the 'what is that mod' thread and find my rare stuff again. But I know 90% of it is pointless comments, and only 10% of it is actually original questions and answers, and flipping through pages of 'I'm looking for that mod too' gets a little frustrating. Also wondering what the best current follower mod is. I mean like UFO, not actual followers. Thanks for anything, I appreciate any help I can get. ZZShop hair conversions: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/10943-zzshop/ Warning, too many hair mods loaded at once leads to CTDs in the RaceMenu. For adult content I highly recommend Sanguine's Debauchery http://www.loverslab.com/topic/9432-2013-02-06-sanguines-debauchery/, SexIs http://www.loverslab.com/topic/12080-sexis-sex-in-skyrim-alpha-updated-feb-5/ and my mod SexAddicts http://www.loverslab.com/topic/12747-sex-addict-mod-formerly-mla-extended-wip-last-updated-feb-9-2013/ (all three are pinned on the downloads forum). All three of those have all the animations that were in the Minilovers package and more so there's no point in getting any of the Minilovers stuff any more. My mod has all the features of Minilovers Alternative plus a whole lot of additional configurability that people wanted but leaves out the game save bloating bugs. Personally I like the mod that adds the roads to the map and the one that removes the silly cloudiness from it as well.

I'm assuming I may run into conflicts if I install all three though huh? The thing I'm always worried about... too many mods causing a ctd. But I have a beast of a computer so SKSE better be up for the challenge. So far I have mostly aesthetic mods, still juggling on ENB since I never had a chance to use it on my old system. Took one look and I was spinning. I had one in mind I seen in the past but not sure I'll find it again. Hoping I'm right and it was spotlighted on MXRs somewhere. Which would be fine because he spotlights a lot of mods that were at some point on Nexus Hot Files, where I had got many of my mods. When I first saw it, all it was, was some demo gifs and everyone was like =O~~~~~~ So happy he released it, the animation looked quite fluid. Not that BBP was bad
