Trying to make Gala look-alike

As stated, im trying to create make a character that somewhat resembles Carmessi's sexy Gala : https://rule34.xxx/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=2746988

 

problem is, i've run into 2 snags:

 

1. Im wanting to make her head a bit larger, but i dont know if looksmenu can do that. Also wanting to widen her face some more as well, but again looksmenu has a limit. is there a mod that unlocks the limitation?

 

2. Second verse same as the first, looksmenu. Im wanting to give my character that same sunkissed skin, but the custom skin color menu isnt working. When i exit out it resets it to the color that was already selected. Any way to work around or fix this?
