Havok tools for 3ds max brings up some strange results

Hi I started to learn import / export procedure with 3ds max + havok tools and after exporting animation to xml i get something strange in preview. Hands detached from body, while they are animated and body is not. In 3ds max the preview of animation is normal, every frame has a keyframe. I use 2010 version of 3ds max. Please help

disable/remove the preview from your export steps, it's not usable with the commonly used skyrim export settings.

 

the only way to view a animation is in game
