change stage glitch

stage1  -> glitch reposition (stand up) -> stage2

In data/aaf/

You will find *_racedeta files

Open with text editor and you will find something like stagereset

You csn try to delete them, but I dont know what problems it can create

I have even made a dogmeat clone and removed all of his sandbox routines hoping that would make animations smooth. all he does is stand there normally... doesn't bark or look for anything... but the clone still does the glitch in between animation stages.
