[SEARCH/REQUEST] DD(E/X) - CBBE HDT Bodyslide Scaling/Fitting Issues

I've been trying to find mods/add-ons to fix clipping and piercing placement with CBBE and Devious Devices, basically fitting/scaling items to fit and alligning nipple piercings whilst hopefully having them move with the breasts instead of awkwardly unmoving as breasts/nippls move. I've found the following two:
 

 

 

 

 

However, they both seem to be somewhat old, with the most recent updates being in the 2014/15 timeframe. I'm not sure if CBBE/Bodyslide has updated, terminology the mods use are outdated, or the most likely option that I'm a massive idiot and either installed cbbe/bodyslide wrong, or am not uinderstanding basic instructions. Specifically with the 2nd mod I listed, the respective forum post has a comment saying the mod is outdated, so that might mean something. It says to use what's included with the DD download, but the DD HDT parts where for ankle chains and only ankle chains , IIRC. 

Can someone help me? Are they out of date? Did I install CBBE/BodySlide wrong? Did I install DD wrong? If they're out of date, what are some in-date alternatives? If I'm just reading the instructions wrong, can someone give me a more detailed guide than what either of those offer? I'm not seeing the correct options on either dropdowns for what they tell me to select. 

Anyhow any advice is appreciated as I don't really know what I don't know and am doing wrong, any advice is appreciated.

(Minor Update: The peircings do move with the breasts but my piercing alignment issue is still had)

As an update, it seems the piercings will align if in OutfitStudio with the CBBE to Vanilla reference if I bring the slider to one end, however outfit studio cannot pull a reference for CBBE or CBBE HDT, which I don't understand, and in game both the body type 1 (slim) and 2 (the one with bigger brests) nipples aren't aligned with the piercing. 

The more it feels like I get closer to figuring it out, the more confusing it gets it seems, any help is appreciated. 

Note: I'm including here an image of what I see in OutfitStudi when I apply the CBBE to Vanilla reference, and what I see in game for the small and then big brests respectively. With the issue of CBBE and CBBE HDT not showing up as a reference in OutfitStudio, I'm thinking that might have to do with why the piercings aren't applied in the right place, but I don't know what to do to go about fixing my CBBE if that's the issue, and I also have a TBBE and HDT mod adding to CBBE for breast/butt physics.
