Try this:

Unique Body (Vanilla races): http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13712

However, for unique animations you need a custom race. Look on the list at the bottom of the page on the PCEA path mod list for some races on the nexus, or try out Trykz's: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/8488-custom-race-mods-by-trykz/

Yeah, you just have to create a custom race. Either grab one made by someone else and change the body to your liking or create a new one from scratch. A custom race has a distinct path for all their animations and models so they will only change the look of your character, leaving all the npcs alone.
