Weird Texture Glitch

I converted a mesh to CBBE-NV in BS from one of K2's mods and ran into this;

And then this when in certain lights or shadows (not sure)

 

 

I've seen this before, but it's been a long time. Anybody know what it is and how to fix it?

 

Edit; Read a related thread and it was mentioned that shitty lighting effects by Beth might be the problem. But, I don't see this with any other outfit in the game. Oh, and it only happens in cells.
