WickedWhims - bulge with clothes

hi! i'm not very good with mods and i'm not for sure what's going on here, i'm hoping someone here may be able to help. i have a trans girl sim who wears dresses, and for some reason, despite having the "does this sim have a penis?" set to "no", she still has a bulge bc of the masculine frame. i don't want to take off the masculine frame, i just want the weird bulge under all of her dresses. and it's with pretty much every dress i have. it's weirding me out too, cause she's a teen ? is there not an option somewhere to get rid of this? am i just overlooking some setting?

Is it with every dress? could be they are not meant for masculine frame....

it is  which is odd, the bulge isn't a base game trait, so it's not like it's necessary? it only happens with the ww mod... despite having "does this sim have a penis?" set to "no" >.<

I have this issue too, it's quite annoying. Is there a fix or a workaround, because I quite like crossdressing and the bulge is annoying and out of place lol
