Right Arm Snake -Slot 55

Right Foot Snake - Slot 54

Belly Cobra - Slot 53

Circlet Cobra - Slot 42

 

Add through AddItemMenu or with console commands.

Warning, clips with a lot of armors/clothes.

Now I'm almost tempted to make an Indiana Jones styled character to cover in snakes.
