Is there a way to always have an NPC sim get naked when asked? I always get refused.

With enough nudity skill the sim will undress when asked.

It takes time using the WW Naturism skill to get some one to get nude when you ask them. You basicly have to talk them into it a little at a time over a long period of time, slowly getting their own hidden Naturism skill to build in in level. My Sugar Baby has been working on her Sugar Mama for a while now and she has her at the point where she will strip down to her underwear when asked to get neked. You talk about nudity and complmemt sexy body and talk them into removing their shoes and convinced them to to nudity etc etc etc. You'll have to do this over and over again and it will take more then one or two sessions with them but you will get them there.
