Disabling physical store in Apachii Divine Elegance Store

Hi all, myself and I stumbled upon this little gem: Apachii Divine Elegance Store eariler

Scrolling through the comment section we noticed certain feedbacks regarding CTD upon entering the store. Wanting to commit to a CTD free game, myself and I pondered intensely if is possible to edit out the store section of the mod entirely, while retaining its armour and clothes contents to be obtained through the proper and noble channel of console command.

Open the Apachii Store mod in CK and remove the house from the worldspace. Then install the AddItemMenu mod and get the item you want from there.

 

Some time ago I wanted to put this shop in the Imperial City (it would be in the place of Divine Elegance). However, nobody helped me when I asked for a script to postpone Rigmor's quest 1500 days in the future, so the mod was not made.
