Black Face Bug

Hi all!

 

So I'm having the black face bug issue with an NPC from palaces and castles enhanced, Padma the cook in Riften. I have tried going through Z edit but she's not marked as red. Side note: I have VERY limited experience with z edit other than auto clean. I have tried re-arranging my load order to no avail. If anyone could help me, I'd really appreciate it. Here's my load order (I did not include all of the individual patches for the sake of reading):

Probably engine stuck in loading game cache files,try to use console command on NPC by clicking to them with mouse to get Name ID and type " Disable" - "Enable" to reload NPC. Sometimes typed command "Removeallitems" after that helps to reload the face.Experiment.
