help my textures dont work

i just installed the game and no scene appears in my screen i can hear the sound but nothing else

This doesn't sound like it's a texture problem, the resolution is most likelly the cause for this..Try Shift+ Enter (or alt+enter, not sure) to switch to windowed mode and change the settings.
