Hello :D

The bright white stuff is cum. If you see some smaller, less bright bits, running down the face, too: They're sweat, it's a WW feature.

Sensually Tight Sims really only cry, if the settings allow them to.

To fix it, take a shower.

IIRC there's also some CC makeup looking like cum (thinking about it, it looked pretty similar to what's in your pic). Maybe that got applied to your Sim by random - to remove, go into CAS and check...lipstick (?) category. It's definitely makeup, I just don't know in which slot.

It's not cum at all, it's sobbing effect from sensiv' tight trait from Nisa K.

Edit : Eh.. I have to keep in mind to read.. LOL. You already know what it is... Well try to use the debug option with Tam explorer on a computer ingame.

Edit 2 : @Crashdown117 you're wrong, there are 2 effects on Nisa's trait. There is crying effect AND sobbing one, on this screenshot it might be sobbing one.

I thought the "sobbing" effect only had Sims...well, sob without anything being applied to them, as I have never seen this happen to my Sims with the same trait (and tears disabled). They get the moodlet after sex and are unhappy because of it, but there's nothing on their faces - except maybe for cum after oral sex. I might have to double check that, though.

No need to double check. Sometimes sobbing effect appear and is stuck even with crying setting off. Had this "bug" 3 - 4 times.  In that case I'm sure issue is a stuck sobbing effect solvable with debug option.
