Edit [Constants] section in setting.ini as you like. 
Also, you can save the state of variables by adding "persist".

Please check mods for conflicts, including my older versions.
If you have an older version mod of me, please discard the entire folder.

Try resetting the mod with ctrl+alt+F10.
