Ctrl + 0 : Change Vollay Ball.

Ctrl + 8 : Left eye.

Ctrl + 9 : Right eye.

I'm also playing the Steam version, and I don't have any particular problems with it.
Lunatic dawn notes in his readme.txt.
If you do not want to use GUICVM, please disable or delete "sub-gui-text.ini".
Another thing to consider is that TEDDY's costume does not support krunkDunk's body, so hi-res nipples will not be represented.

Please try the latest version of the MOD below.
