Yeah, i downloaded the most recent version of Wicked Perversions and it still gave me the message. I even deleted the Nisa's files and redownloaded it, but again, I received the ast exception message

Delete the "WickedPerversionsMod" file in your "saves" folder.

And then Delete the "localthumbcache.package" file in your "The Sims 4" folder.

If everything is upto date, doing this should fix it for you.
