[Request][Idea] Vanilla lockpicking minigame to unlock devious devices

Long story short - this is a request to see if anyone is interested in creating a mod that would replace the current RNG-based unlocking system of Devious Devices, with the vanilla lockpicking minigame.

Short story long - I love the Devious Device framework and all its derivative works. However, I've always been dissapointed in how little actual gameplay it provides, as it seems more like a visual and psychological experience more than a gameplay feature. As it stands now, unlocking devices comes down to clicking an item, watching an animation for some seconds, and having the game do a dice roll for you - or, as I like to describe it: a waiting simulator. If this process instead could be replaced with player interaction, both to keep the player playing rather than waiting, and to allow more player-skill-based chance of affecting the outcome, it'd be a vast improvement in my eyes.

For the actual lockpicking, the player would have one attempt before the regular DD timed cooldown. I'm thinking the difficulty level of the lock should primarily be based on type of device. Most devices would be using a simple (thinking Novice or Apprentice) padlock or locking mechanism. More secure devices (chastity belts, collars, metal bondage) would be more challenging (Adept or Expert perhaps). Some special devices could also have Master rank locks. As overarching thought, the lock shouldn't be too punishing for the player to open, as it'd be limited to one attempt per cooldown period.

Alternatively to the lock-level, perhaps adding a uniform difficulty to all locks would be simpler (Expert, for instance), then instead have the player's Lockpicking skill be reduces or increased for the moment when picking a specific lock. This would circumvent a need to apply lock levels to all the various devices (or at least so I'm thinking, with my very lacking coding knowledge).

In addition, I'd feel a SLA Arousal tie-in affecting Lockpicking level would be appropriate. A point-for-point percentage reduction wouldn't work well, especially how percentage reductions in Skyrim seems to apply to the whole skill level rather than the accumulated part of it (meaning -50% means -50 points in the skill, rather than a 50% reduction in your current skill). Having Arousal, then, instead change the overall Lock level might be a better solution. So, unaroused - (for example) Novice lock level. Excited (50A), Apprentice level. Aroused (75), Adept level. Desperate (95), Expert level.

Of course, when it comes to Skyrim code, I'm completely clueless. I have no idea if this is doable at all, or how large such a project would be (and thus how selfish it is for me to request something like this). Also, as this bypasses DD framework coding, which I am under the impression its maintainers are quite personal to the manipulation of, I'm not sure anyone would want to poke the beehive as it were through working on something like this.

Anyway, here's hoping someone finds this appealing!
