kirax12 Posted April 11, 2022 Author Posted April 11, 2022 The download zip contains 4 files. You should only put 1 in your Mods folder at a time. If you want Titanic size then copy only that .package file to your Mods folder and leave the rest out.

I read through this forum post, and I see there are many facing the same issue but no resolutions (or if they are, it isn't explained). The issue: The hotspot doesn't become highlighted and mouse cursor doesn't change to show it is selected a slider. Clicking and holding on the slider hotspot, despite not being highlighted, makes no changes to the belly size (vanilla or modded) Video demonstation: 1

If anyone has this problem they need the latest version of sims to play Check the update notes to find the latest version: https://www.ea.com/en-gb/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/update-notes (as of writing this, the latest version is "UPDATE 4/1/2022" PC version: 1.86.166.1030)

Guest Posted September 3, 2022 Posted September 3, 2022 Listen, I'm very eager to get the effect of a swollen belly for my men. I downloaded the file with this slider already here and here - it didn't work out. Then I tried to run it and adjust it through Sims4Studio - it didn't work out. So why does the author claim that slider works for men when it doesn't. And maybe it's time to update it and start playing the game. Yes, I understand that The Sims 4 is a nightmare, but still there are people (players) who still play and they need this slider.

deathslittleprincess Posted February 18, 2024 Posted February 18, 2024 so I have an issue. not sure if anyone is out here anymore but the mod works just fine on my male sims (I am using the foot hotspot version) however, on my female sims it just seems to elongate the feet instead of the belly. any ideas about why this isn't working?

And I can't change the baby's belly, but I could do the same before. I remember that there was a belly there. Maybe I installed some mod?
