need mod allow me control my camera view

is there mod allow me to view my character body in close distance as 3rd person??
like if i want to view my character body from feet to face in close range as 3rd person
i used /www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78389
but seems this mod not give me any camera control to let me view my character as i want ?

Uhh... Sexlab framework has a hotkey to enable free cam, num 3 by default. It's the same as using tfc in the console, but with a hotkey. press 3 and use WASD to move + mouse to  move around. For obvious reasons, during this time you won't be able to control your character.

 with 3+ AD is good camera go right and left

but  with 3 + WS it's bad, it zoom in and out, not moving camera top and bot, so how i do i change camera view to bot or top my character?

You can't, you move the mouse to look in a different direction and then use WS to go forward/back.
