Poser hotkeys not showing poses

I downloaded all the required mods for 

and ran the poser generation thingy, it worked just fine, but when i get in game I can't see any poses in my list and pressing the pose hotkeys does nothing. I can see it in the MCM menu.

It sounds 90% like an issue with JSON files. Can you actually check you have the appropriate JSON file in Data\skse\plugins\PoserHotKeys\PoserData

 

If it's in there and PoserHotkeys is working, then the poser will show up

You were right, even though I set the location correctly it put the xml files in a completely wrong place, thanks.

Sorry to revive a dead thread, but I'm also having the same issues with Poser Hotkeys Plus. The JSON files are in the same place and so are the xml files, but the poses still won't show on the character models or npcs. I can access the menu and get the notifications just fine, it's just that they won't appear at all. It's the same when I use the poses spells and make sure I have the actor selected. And in case it needs to be said, I also have some packs downloaded. I have no idea what to do.
