I Had to Create a New I.D. to Report that I Couldn't Make my Old I.D. Work

I tried to log in when the site's layout changed, and was told that my username/password were invalid, repeatedly.  I eventually got tired of arguing with the thing and suspected that my password might have somehow been reset when the site was changed, so, I went along with saying that I, "forgot," my password.

 

I followed the password recovery procedure repeatedly; but, even the password that the system sent me that I copy/pasted was repeatedly denied. 

 

I suspected that this might be a bug that would be fixed in a day or two, but, as the days passed, I still couldn't log in, but, I saw that others were posting in the forum, so, it was obviously not down for maintenance.

 

I would have preferred to send a message to the webmaster, but, I'll be damned if I could find any way of sending a message to anyone without being able to log in.

 

Is there a webmaster who could help me to log in under my old i.d., golgo13?  I'd just keep using this one; but, I'm pretty sure that I'll need it, again, next time that I need to report a technical problem logging in.
