Hidden5s Posted January 30, 2020 Posted January 30, 2020 So I downloaded 2 sex mods off the Nexus, Osex and Estrus. If I were to switch over to the Loverslab versions, how should I go about it? Last time I tried to remove an animation mod, Oldrim CTDs and T-poses Also currently with Nexus version Estrus, it did not change back my character's face (modded follower) I have FNIS, and XP32 added as well
Just Don't Posted January 30, 2020 Posted January 30, 2020 What do you mean by "switch over to the Loverslab versions"? Osex is its own framework to handle animations, I think the most up to date stuff is in the Nexus page, with some additional files in some of the comments on the thread about it here. But it's the same mod, you would either upgrade to a new-ish version or go back to a previous one (not sure, it's been a while since I checked the Osex stuff). Estrus is a nexus exclusive mod, there is no version uploaded here, but you can find a couple of mods that use Estrus features. If you mean switch from Osex to Sexlab Framework, these are two entirely separate mods and, as the name suggest, frameworks to handle animations and events. You can have both Osex and Sexlab installed at the same time, but you won't be able to use them in a cohesive way. If you want to remove it you must re-run FNIS as per the FNIS instructions, each time you add or remove a mod with animations you use FNIS, that's how you avoid T-pose when changing mods. If you get a CTD after removing a mod, your loadorder contains a plugin file that still requires the removed mods, or your save is fucked up (in which case you can try to clean it with Fallrim Tools). I have no idea what you mean by Estrus not changing back your char face. If it's a stuck facial expression, that sometimes happens. Usually changing location, entering or leaving combat or triggering another event with facial expressions fixes the issue.
