As a BIG heads up, this is my first ever mod and it caused me several headaches. 

 

EDIT: Sorry about pronouns, I've been playing and realized one of the buffs uses she/her pronouns rather than they/them. I'll fix  this at some point.

 

Features: This is just a trait mod. It has 2 versions: a version WITH a CGlr hater, and a version without. Each trait has a buff when around the other traits. Caregivers feel happy when near littles, and tense around haters, haters feel angry around littles, littles feel sad around haters. Littles are energized by default, and feel energized (again) when other littles are in the vicinity. Littles feel playful when swinging, watching kids network, and playing with the dollhouse. (requires childish trait) Caregivers feel happy when pushing littles on swings.

 

That's really all that I currenly have. I don't THINK I'm totally done with it, but as I've never done anything like this I don't make any promises.
