SoS not installing on NMM

hi, i just downloaded shlongs of skyrim but i cant seem to install it on my Nexus mod manager. I unpacked the winrar and used the green plus sign icon on the left to try and install it, but i see no available files, can someone tell me why i cant do it? I also tried installing manually by putting the SoS folders in the steamapps/skyrim/data file location, but when i open nexus mods a download queue pops up, but it never can finish moving the files. If someone can help me with this, i would be very and utterly delighted. Thank you

Don't. Mod managers will search for zipped files, never extract a mod unless you need to add/remove something before installing it with a mod manager.
