How do i replace ww cum by a mod

i have been trying to replace the unrealist cum of ww in my game with a mod , but im not being sucessful till now. how do i do that ? here is the screenshot of the present cum installed in wicked whims (which need to be replaced)  :

You have installed the optional Azmodan22 Heavy Cum Layers by accident.

 

WW doesn't look like that, and that one can be disabled in WW settings also.
