Bodyslide body Mesh deforming on build

Running into an issue where ANY body i build in bodyslide comes out with a horribly distorted chest. Everything is fine until I put on or take off armor/clothes, then this happens. It becomes permanent across all saves and new games. Complete reinstall of the game and Bodyslide did not fix it, and i've even purged all things FO4 related from the drive. My current install is vanilla FO4 with FO4SE+cbbe+Bodyslide and a few CBBE converted armors. I have no idea what the issue is that could be causing this, aside from it being a Bodyslide bug that i just happen to keep encountering.

Importing the mesh in Both bodyslide AND nifskope, after its been build and loaded ingame, show the same deformation in the mesh AFTER it occurs ingame.

When I was using cbbe with physics that comes in bodyslide project, I also had the same model in nifskope, but in game physics just worked and body was normal.

You can try remove physics from project and use scripted cbp physics and preset, it also work for cbbe
