Did you go into the EA game settings/other and enable mods and scripts check boxes?

This will create that folder with 1 config file.

Save and exit, then install your mods and cc.

didn´t work i use votex if that helps but wanna add mods that are not suported by vortex

I don't use vortex, kind of thought it was just a mod manager used for Skyrim, (I don't think many Sims users are using a mod manager).

Just install any new mods by manual way.

Example:

Create a new folder in Mods named Wicked

Extract your downloaded WickedWhims inside your downloads folder.

Copy just 2 files named Turbodriver " " into the new folder you just made, (1 is a script file and 1 is a tuning(.package) file.

Many of the WW animations files you download are not compressed so they are .package files and those can be just copied over into the same folder named Wicked.

Others will have to be extracted first.

Any other mods should have their own 'named' folder created to be installed in for the sake of keeping track of things if/when you need to update or remove something.

Many of the authors have 'how to install' directions on their download page, and some have included them inside of download files.

Where are you looking for it to be?

Open Windows Explorer

Look in: YourUserName/My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods (should be here)

If not, then the game didn't create one after you enabled scripts and mods in the game settings.

Or something else is wrong...
