vanilla clothing physics?

So, I'm wondering if maybe it's a mod I need, or a Mod I didn't install right, but if a female NPC or player is pregnant or inflated via Fill Her Up, when clothing is on, the enlarged belly doesn't show. I'm wondering if there's a way to make that show on the vanilla clothing NPCs wear. Or if there's a mod to replace ALL NPC clothing with clothing that has physics.

CBBE for SE comes with bodyslide files for all the vanilla outfits, if you build these with the "body morph" setting enabled, you should see changes made by pregnancy or similar mods.
