landess Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 If looking for Sims 3 tattoos, try MTS - Mod the Sims. They have a few options as well as other places, I just googled them, looked at pictures, went to sites and eventually stopped because I had a bunch of new CC I wanted to see in game. You might want to look for any mod which adds more tattoo locations as well. If real Tattoo's aren't what you mean, then I've seen them as make-up and facial hair locations as well.

BTW, don't be shy - start a new post so everyone can see it (request/find is the best choice). Below is the closest I've found, but haven't actively searched much as I found these - no teen, under bottomwear, and they use a 'grey' pattern which can be changed somewhat - more/less shiny/dark, and color (always with the default texture). It also shows some of the Maori Tattoo's from MTS. Spoiler
