I got a new PC installed Skyrim added all the mods and have zero NPC chat anyone have any idea's on how to fix this?

You could try providing some useful information.

 

What is 'all the mods'?

What do you mean by 'zero chat'? Do you mean dialogue? Do you mean just voice or subtitles or both?

Do you mean they will not talk to your PC or that there is no NPC to NPC dialogue or both?

Did you check that the base, vanilla game worked before loading it with 'all the mods'?

Are you running LE or SE?

Which mod manager are you using.

Have you run LOOT?
