After the version number you install SLAL for LE and not for SE

 

You use Sexlab SE and MNC for SE and not for LE, right?

You have xpmse set to never load with mnc and vice versa.  Remove that rule.

Change it so that both XPMSE and MNC overwrite SOS.  Dependent on your version of XPMSE/MNC either MNC overwrites XPMSE or XPMSE overrites MNC (latest version XPMSE 4.71 overwrites MNC, prior to that MNC overwrites XPMSE).

I assume "FNIS Data" is the output from running FNIS?  If so that should overwrite everything.

As Lyreal said don't think you have the right version of SLAL, also if the conflict with MNC is the slalloader.pex/psc file then they are the same file, so wouldn't matter on which is overwritten.

So in order for your Pics here Pic 1 is asking what order to load things in.

 

Pic 2 is telling you that a mod you are trying to load is dependent on other "mods" in this case the DLCs and that those "mods" are not in your load order for whatever reason.

 

Pic 3 is telling you why it's asking the question in Pic 1 resolve Pic 1 and Pic 3 will go away. 

 

Finally pic 4 is Vortex telling you that you have one of your Rules set to never load two mods in the same load order and that you have selected to try and add both into this load order.
