Extract, copy / paste into Skyrim Data folder
Requirements:
  Skyrim + all DLC, SkyUi, A Matter of Time.  A Matter of Time - A HUD clock widget

 

At stake:
MCM Menu> A Matter of Time:
1st symbol set A Matter of Time to Astrolabe and resize
2nd symbol set A Matter of Time to Astrolabe structure and resize
