Talking to Sims Bug?

So one of my Sims seems to be having a bug or something but whenever I'm playing as the Sim and try to talk to another Sim whether they're friends, strangers, or even romantics like wives or girlfriends/boyfriends; the only interactions for them are that of them just being fans. So like I talk to my character's girlfriend for example, the interactions are like I'm just talking to a fan with the interactions like "Hug Fan", "Take Selfie with Fan", "Sign Autograph", etc. But when I interact with them it gives me more interactions like I'm back to being friends and etc. But then after a little while, it reverts back to me only having interactions with other sims like they're just fans again. Is anyone else having this problem and anyone found any solutions to this?

Sounds like a mod screwing up those normal conversation menus.

 

Got any mods like road to fame, etc.?

I'd go through your mods real carefully and maybe remove some for testing, (script mods).

 

I had to remove LittleMsSams Personal Objects mod because I couldn't get the University Menu to show up on any Computers.

 

If it's not a mod try doing an Origin Repair.
