Zquad1
Ok everyone I am seriously asking for some help I want to do a little modding BUT I have "ZERO" modding experience. I am wanting to focus on one type of mod... Hood hair How can I achieve this with out clipping? I have downloaded nifskope & blender but I have no idea where to begin from there. I would like a step by step tutorial... PLEASE!!! I have included a pic of my Character with the hood I am focusing on, although my character has hair with the hood on unfortunately it's only a mannequin & it clips if you are looking at it from behind. PLEASE help out a beginner modder? Iwill forever be greatful, & I'll give all credit to those who help. Link to comment

b3lisario
I guess you want to remove some parts of the hair included in the hood. I don't know Blender, I use 3ds max, but I think it should be easy to remove parts of the hair. Look for tutorials for import and export Skyrim meshes with Blender http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Creating_an_armour_for_Skyrim._Part_1 I don't know if that link is ok, maybe is outdated. leddis3
Unfortunately importing Skyrim nifs into blender is currently a nightmare. Here's a tutorial for that: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/15690 but it's really fiddly. Link to comment
