I want prisoner clothes to wear with harness of Devious Devices HR chain body, but I couldn't found it

Is there anyone knows about it?

If I understand you correctly you are wanting the Ragged outfit/Prisoner outfit to be worn beneath the Devious devices outfits you mentioned. As far as I'm aware no one has done this. You would need to load both the ragged/prisoner outfit and the devious devices harness/chains outfit into outfit studio and adjust the mesh volumes of both of these to get the appearance of the clothes being worn beneath the devious harness and chain outfit. When satisfied I would suggest you save as a new outfit incase any mistakes were made or you wish to make alterations later.
