Skyrim Human Eye's Not Working

My Human Skyrim characters eyes do not function like their elven or beast counter-parts.

Help would be much be appreciated.

If I disable Ethereal Elven Overhaul, Most of the Elven eyes also suffer the issue. (most, but not all)
