Hello guys!

Today I don't have anything to do so I start this project to import to games ?.

I will use my "Precise Polygon Projector" technique to ensure professional outcome ?. With the help of the Projectors, Ada's face will be morphed into Kate Beckinsale 's face. And then I will modify the texture to improve the likeness.

Any ideas?

Project update: half way not successful, but I still confidence that I can improve it. Just one project Right Side used, one more project Front Side to go.

Thank you lerver ? I will continue to update. I guess I'm not too bad "copier" so if I keep use more projectors the outcome will be improved. I just need more time ?.

It's time to adjust the 3D shape to fit the final target picture. The 3 point matching was done quickly by VC++ (to calculate), and Maya scrip (to move). The matching is important because I had to move many times between the adjusting position and the picture. Current matching level is about 60%. After matching 3 important points to position the shape in good direction, I will match every remaining points.

There's an issue that I think you might be running into here, insofar as your source images don't all seem to have a consistent focal length... Even the small difference in lens choice between an 80mm or 85mm professional studio photograph is going to introduce some minor distortion, essentially small, imperceptible differences in the fish-eye effect of the lens... Add in some candid shots taken on (probably) a 40mm-55mm lens and you can imagine how fuzzy this starts to get.

And on that note, are you able to specify the focal length of your viewport to match (or best guess) the source image? I don't really know Blender(?) that well.

The situation you might find yourself running into is that you could spend hours matching all the contours of one photo perfectly, only to have them distort contours that you'd already matched to an earlier image.

Hello, TheCaptn, I know. All the errors will be corrected by final touch ?. Also if the picture was shot at long enough distance the error is not significant. Everything have errors in it. It's still way better than using the artist's eye to sculpt ?. And in important renders I always use parallel projection, infinite focal for accuracy.
