[HELP] NPC Eyes Rapid Blink

As the title says, npcs eyes blink twice really fast. any fixes? 

EDIT: I havnt played the game for awhile and i dont remember if the eyes has always been like this. I just want to know if anyone reduced the blink rate to look more natural or not. I have tried RANDOM EMOTIONS mod, it fixes the blink rate but locks the iris in a static position for all the random npcs. I know it does not seem broken but its not realistic either

I really do not think you have to fix something that is not broken, it is possible that it is already the mechanics of the game.

What about when they are not blinking at all? anyone run into that? i do run a few different expression mods
