Woops. Game freezes on load

I deleted the desktop.ini file in the aaf folder.  Game freezes on load.  I also decided to wake up with no restraint and emptied the recycling bin without running Fo4 to see if the game runs without the desktop.ini file.  I reverted my changes including uninstalling the two new mods that I installed and so I am left with one culprit.  Me.  I mean the lack of a desktop.ini file

I justed checked my AAF folder for that file "Desktop.ini" and I seem to not have one. the only ini's file's I do have are "AAF_settings.ini" and "Atomic_lust Settings.ini". so not sure what that ini's file is used for.

It was (nearly) blank and I unzipped several folders and found no sign of a Desktop.ini file within any of their aaf folders

Side note my game is no longer freezing as I forgot that I had adjusted another xml.  I reverted the changes and my game no longer freezes.

Secondary side note: if you download the Frenchmaid outfit mod from the nexus and equip the feather duster does that break your game as well?  I would suggest not using that weapon.  I really like the outfit and I wanted to try out the duster that comes with it.  It removed my ability to do almost everything.  Very strange

There it is.  I did a reinstall of AAF mods, but not AAF and there it was.  Could be from the modders resource pack
