I just have a question: who should I contact to add sub-forums so that there can be new mods of games that can be posted by members?

If you just want to add a thread go to the General Gaming Forum and add a thread (like you would anywhere else). If you want a buttoned forum (like Dead or Alive Venus) then you need to contact a moderator. To do that, go to the bottom of any page (including this one). There you will see "Theme   Privacy Policy   Contact Us." Click on contact us and fill in the requested material. Be forewarned, if you do that a response may take some time.
