[Help!] Load Order is Fucked Up

So I've recently been crashing in specific spots on Oblivion, and I thought I could fix this by organizing my Load Order with BOSS.

 

So I downloaded BOSS and used it on Oblivion.... and now the damn thing crashes on start up. I have no prior load orders to export, so I have no idea what to do. I can't seem to 'undo' my load order being messed up.

 

I have tons of mods, and I don't know where to start to rearrange them. Needless to say it may take hours.

 

Can someone help me rearrange my load order? Thank you...

I'm looking at the mod order list on the provided link, but I'm not really sure what's out of place! It looks fine to me!

In addition to fixing your load order (which really is a mess) you need to decide if you are going to use lovers or these other sex mods:

You need to pick either lovers or them. You can't use them with lovers as they will conflict with it.

 

LoversSTVictims.esp <--- this is an outdated plugin that you can NOT use with bravil underground. It says right in the OP that bravil underground is the updated versio of victims.

 

KT_CustomRaceFix.esp <--- this is redundant. You don't need it since you have UOP.

Are you sure they conflict? o_o For the longest time, they worked fine.

 

However, whether or not they conflict is not my issue. I'd like to get the game to at least start to the title screen and not crash before I start working on conflicts.

I'm looking at my Load Order and comparing it to that of the one in the Link provided farther above, and I noticed I don't have "Beautiful People 2ch-Ed.esm", even though I have "Beautiful People 2ch-Ed" type ESPs in my load order... I guess this would explain why I always have texture discoloration...

Yes I am sure. Sometimes the conflicts are subtle and you may not realize that certain features have stopped working, other times it is quite blantant. Besides, I am not sure your lovers is working worth a damn with your current load order.

Oh it was working fine, Lovers was, before I used BOSS to supposively rearrange them. Only difficulties I had was crashing in specific places. EI: I would crash everytime I got close to Anvil or the Imperial Prison Sewer entrance. Quite strange.

 

Umm... Regarding the Lovers Friendly BOSS, I think you might have given me the wrong link. >> This file is called "SexAddicts" and contains Textures, Meshes, Sounds, Etc and .ESM and .ESP files for MiniLovers.

Well F' me running! How did I end up posting that? Trying to type responses to too many questions I guess. Sorry. I fixed the link to where I wanted you to go for the lovers friendly boss user list.

 

Some quick load order tips:

ESM files at the very top of course

Official DLC followed by the UOP patches next

All your armor and other small plugins (including CM partners stuff)

Then your quest and\overhaul plugins

Tamago, then most lovers plugins

MBP plugins

Final lovers plugins.

Xeo and\or DR5\DR6 can be dead last if you use them.

I can't seem to find a "User List" as stated in the Instruction in the Link.

 

1. Install BOSS. -Got it Installed. Using V.2.1.1 I think.

 

2. Copy and Paste this list to the userlist via "edit user rules". -No idea how to do this. In the Edit User Rules Manager I only see User Rules, User Editor, and Installed Plugins. All the selections at the bottom, other than 'Create new Rule', which is not wanting to work, and 'Save & Exit, and Cancel' are all whited out and can't be selected. I don't see a 'User List' anywhere.

 

 

3. Run BOSS and review the bottom list of unrecognized plugins

4. Add the unrecognized plugins @ ADD UNRECOGNIZED HERE (Scoll Down).

5. Run BOSS again.

 

EDIT: Alright, alright. I grew a few braincells and looked further into the instructions of your link. I needed to turn off the editor thing to get the User List. Now... I need to figure out what to do. xD

For step 2, I'm pretty sure that before opening the rules manager, you have to go the settings menu of BOSS(Edit>Settings) and untick "Use User Rules Manager".

 

Then follow the steps from there.

I got the 'userlist.7z' from the link, copied and pasted the entire thing in the userlist and saved. Than I ran Boss. Nothing really changed. I think it reorganized them, but I'm not sure it did it correctly.

Christ, I'm not sure what to do. <_> I feel like it's just one mod that's out of place, and I'll never know which. Does OBMM have a function like Fallout Mod Manager that allows you to restore Load order from a save?

 

Using the Boss thing I think reaarranges them, but in the OBMM it doesn't show all of my mods. Even with out all the mods, and just using that first part of the Boss Userlist still makes the game crash.

Something nifty I found: look at your BOSS folder, and there's a "docs" folder. Go in that, then there's a "BOSS Userlist Syntax.html" file. Open that, then try to figure it out.

Well, we were definitely looking at that userlist.txt file too hard. Just drag and drop it into BOSS/Oblivion, and replace.

 

From there, you'll want to check it in Wrye Bash, make sure it's all working. I don't think that it sorts the Adult Play Plus and LoversHooker patch properly.

It's like OBMM, but fancier. OBMM would work too. Really, just make sure that nothing looks too terrible.

Edit: I made some changes to my userlist which should clean it up a bit, but I have to rebuild my bashed patch first.

So I found my Saves in the Utillities Section of OBMM and found what I think was the load order of my Last file. After two hours of recreating it by hand....

 

It still doesn't work. So Either it's still wrong, Or I've missed a small thing, or my Oblivion ran on Magic while I still had it running...

 

EDIT: Actually... I somehoe just got it to work... but now my Lop-Eared MoonShadow Elf character is missing its head...... FUCK.

Alright. Everything is fine, save for the lack of Gloss on My Characters body and the fact that my Walking, Combat, and Idle Animations are now gone.

 

Aslo, i still crash when trying to get near the Imperial Prison Sewers. ^^'

 

But atleast it works!
