Darklight Tower and ENB Problem

I very rarely go to Darklight Tower but I recall having a different issue with a different ENB.

Darklight is the only place I've encountered either problem.

It's not a big deal, I'm more curious than anything - what causes it and does anyone else get it?

 

To be clear about what the problem actually is, it is the wet-look skin and the largish 'freckles' on the shoulders. For the record: the skin is Mature skin without any wet/glossy effect or any moles variant and I am not using any freckley mods. The same effects were happening inside the tower.

 

The shot is taken with the path up to the tower just behind me. The wet-look disappeared before I got to Crystaldrift Cave and the 'freckles' not long after.
