Help with mods

Hey guys I am new to modding and just came across Sl defeat for Skyrim looks interesting but I don't know how to install it and other files which are required for this. If anyone could help me with its detailed installation process I would be grateful.

I have to admit, I'm not quite sure what you're asking. The mod is here:

Last versions of these mods are REQUIRED :
SexLab Framework 1.60+
SKYUI
SKSE 1.7.3+
FNIS Do no forget to download and install the creature pack under optional files.
